IN A CLASSROOM SETTING
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
Price: $55. Recognize and care for a variety of injuries and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. Also available in a blended learning format, which includes online coursework and a shorter classroom skills assessment.
Babysitter’s Training & Pediatric First Aid/CPR
Price: $70. For children ages 11-17. Safely and responsibly care for children and infants. Upon completion of the class, participants can register as certified babysitters at the Teen Center.
CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Providers
Price: $55. This course teaches professional rescuers, healthcare, medical and public safety workers the skills needed to respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing emergencies.
First Aid/CPR/AED Instructors Course
Price: $250. Trains instructor candidates to teach basic-level Red Cross courses.
Wilderness and Remote First Aid
Price: $55. This course is designed for scouts, scout leaders, outdoor enthusiasts and those who work or spend time in remote environments. This two-day advanced first aid course provides a two-year certification in the skills you need to respond to an emergency when help may be delayed.
ONLINE COURSES
Coping with Deployments
Price: Free. Learn how to strengthen your ability to respond to the challenges you may encounter throughout the deployment cycle. Available in English or Spanish.
Babysitting Basics
Price: $25. For children ages 11-15. Safely and responsibly care for children and infants. Does not include a pediatric first aid/CPR component.
Family First Aid & CPR
Price: $35. This online course prepares you to care for family members during a medical emergency until advanced medical personnel take over. Please note: this course does not provide certification.
First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches
Price: $50. This course gives students an overview of first aid and “best practices” for many first aid situations encountered specifically by coaches. This class does not include CPR and AED.
